Having been transformed over seven months from the former Zhongyuan Department Store Binhai Branch, the newly renovated space blends trendsetting interior design with youthful social experiences, offering a joyful lifestyle destination and a fresh take on retail that breaks away from traditional department store conventions.

The redesign was led by a renowned Shanghai-based design team, with a focus on anime culture, trendy lifestyle products, fashion retail, specialty dining, and light experiential offerings. Tailored to meet the needs of young consumers and family leisure, the project embraces a youthful, experience-driven, and socially oriented positioning. It now stands as a benchmark commercial renovation project revitalizing Binhai's historic downtown shopping district.
